Holy Cross sister schools, Stonehill College (Easton, Mass.) and the University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame, Ind.) met for a a preseason exhibition matchup at Notre Dame’s Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center on Nov. 7. The Skyhawks fell to the Irish, 92-70.

Stonehill College is a NCAA Division II school and Notre Dame is a NCAA Division I and Big East member. This was not the first match up for the two Holy Cross Schools; an exhibition prior to the 2008-09 season.
