The press keeps coming for our first canonized Holy Cross saint, Saint André Bessette. Recently, he was featured in a cartooon in Venture magazine for children.
We are pretty sure that Saint André never dreamed that he would be a cartoon hero, but today he is – and so much more. As we continue this year of thanksgiving for his canonization, let us seek ever more his intercession so that, in imitation of him and all the other saints who have gone before us, we may be heroes for Christ in our day.
