Three books published by Ave Maria Press, Notre Dame, Ind., have been selected as finalists for the annual Excellence in Publishing Awards by the Association of Catholic Publishers.
Ave Maria Press is a ministry of the United States Province of Priests and Brothers.
“Cravings” by Mary DeTurris Poust is a finalist in the inspirational category; “From Willow Creed to Sacred Heart” by Chris Haw, is a finalist in biography; and “A Heart on Fire” by Rev. James Kubicki, S.J., is a finalist in prayer and spirituality.

The awards will be given out at the 2013 Religious Booksellers Trade Exhibit in St. Charles, Ill., May 28-30.
