On Monday, September 15th, the Congregations of Holy Cross in Peru came together to celebrate the feast day of Our Lady of Sorrows, Patroness of the Congregation of Holy Cross. United as a religious family, the Priests and Brothers of Holy Cross joined with the Sisters of the Holy Cross in the celebration of Mass.
During this special Mass celebration, images of the Congregation’s founder, Blessed Basil Moreau, C.S.C., as well as Sister Mary of the Seven Dolors, C.S.C., were presented as part of the Offertory gifts. The community gave thanks to God for the vocation lived and shared among his people.
