On June 18, Nuestra Señora de Andacollo (Our Lady of Andacollo) School in Chile welcomed a pastoral visit from Bishop Álvaro Chordi, who met with the school’s leadership team, the principal, and Rev. Rómulo Vera, C.S.C., the school’s pastor.
The visit provided an opportunity for dialogue and reflection on the current challenges of Catholic education and the contribution leadership teams make to the integral formation of young people. During the visit, participants shared experiences and challenges related to the school’s evangelizing mission under the charism of the Congregation of Holy Cross.
Overall, the bishop’s pastoral visit strengthened ties between the Church and the school community.
