Easter Sunday homily sees resurrection as a daily event
For his Easter Sunday homily, Stonehill President, Fr. John Denning, C.S.C. reflected on how COVID-19 has changed many things about our world, including what is expected in an Easter basket.
On Good Friday last year, Fr. John received an Easter Basket from his sister, which had wine, Easter eggs and flowers from her garden. Also included were anti-septic wipes, latex gloves, and a face mask. In a world changed by COVID-19, what’s expected in an Easter basket has changed. Fr. John addressed that theme last year and it remains topical today.
